Location: Cardiff

Salary: £35-40,000 DOE

Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept design through to technical delivery and construction
Manage multiple or complex projects from inception to completion
Interpret project briefs and lead the development of design proposals through to detailed design
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
Contribute to securing new work and supporting business development activities
Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
Lead small project teams while collaborating within a larger multidisciplinary environment
Attend site visits and support regional project work as requiredIdeal Candidate

ARB-registered UK-qualified Architect
Strong design capability supported by solid technical knowledge
Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
Professional experience within a high-quality, design-led architectural practice
Strong interest in large-scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and lead small teams independently
Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing roles
Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
Full UK driving licence (essential)
