We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 30-unit luxury residential apartment scheme in NW London, with individual apartments valued between £2m–£5m. You will work under a Project Director, alongside two other Site Managers, delivering a super-prime residential project to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of high-end fit-out works

*

Managing subcontractors and specialist trades

*

Ensuring exceptional quality of finishes throughout

*

Driving programme, health & safety, and logistics

*

Coordinating inspections, snagging, and handovers

*

Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team

Requirements:

Proven experience on super-prime residential fit-out projects

*

Background delivering luxury apartments, mansions, or similar

*

Strong eye for detail and quality-led mindset
