Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, being very present on site throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve defining project objectives, creating detailed roadmaps, and establishing timelines.
You will secure resources, optimise workflows, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinating with teams, streamlining communication, and resolving conflicts will be essential to maintaining project momentum. Additionally, you will identify risks and implement contingencies to safeguard project success.
