Whether you're a Planner with two years' experience or already operating at Senior level, this respected regional construction business wants to hear from you. With a growing pipeline of 2-stage D&B projects across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors, they're looking to expand their planning function – and are open to hiring at multiple levels depending on your experience.
You’ll be working on schemes from £250k to £10 million, contributing to programme development from pre-construction through to delivery. Asta Powerproject will be your primary tool, and your input will directly shape how these projects are planned and delivered. If you have SketchUp experience, that’s an added bonus.
Whether you're stepping up from Assistant Planner level or looking for a more senior, strategic role, this opportunity is built around you. You’ll be supported, given autonomy, and work in a collaborative team that values planning from day one.
