Project Manager
Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 66-unit residential development in Milton Keynes. The scheme consists of one low-rise apartment block (traditional build) alongside multiple traditionally built houses.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with a February start, offering stability across the full construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Overall management and delivery of the residential scheme from start to completion
*
Day-to-day leadership of site teams including Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Programme planning, progress monitoring, and reporting against key milestones
*
Management of health & safety in line with CDM regulations and company procedures
*
Coordination of subcontractors and supply chain to ensure quality and programme compliance
*
Budget control, cost reporting, and value engineering where required
*
Liaison with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
*
Ensuring build quality meets specification and NHBC standards
*
Managing snagging, handovers, and completion documentation
Essential Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager on traditional build residential projects
*
Strong background in low-rise apartment blocks and housing developments
*
Experience managing projects of similar scale (50+ units preferred)
*
Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and residential build processes
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and multiple workstreams effectively

SMSTS
*
CSCS (Black or Gold)
*
First Aid at Work
*
Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree – desirable)
