A leading tier one main contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bromley team, delivering a variety of small refurbishment contracts across social housing properties and public buildings. The work will include a mix of planned and responsive refurbishment projects, offering variety and hands-on involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial management of small refurbishment contracts
Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
Liaising with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to contractual standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor environment
Experience in small refurbishment projects, social housing, or public buildings desirable
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Package:
Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
