Project Manager

Our client requires an experienced and capable Construction Project Manager for a construction project located in West Berkshire, starting in February 2026. Duration will be 12 months, however there is scope for a permanent role for a suitable person who is willing to travel going forward.
Responsible for managing all phases of the construction project from Pre-Construction to completion and going live, whilst keeping Health and Safety paramount.
Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering NHS projects to HTM and HBN standards, with the ability to manage projects and installations to the highest quality standards.
We require a strong, knowledgeable, practical leader, a critical thinker, a problem solver, detail-focused, experienced in programme management, including critical path reporting, with the ability to lead their team to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Client interface will need to be managed, as well as contractual obligations.
