My client is initially looking to take the individual on a 6-month contract, with the potential for an extension. For the right candidate, they are also open to offering a permanent position.
The Shore Group is working with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor that is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on healthcare projects across the UK. My client is looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.
This role sits within the Healthcare sector, delivering projects primarily within a 50-mile radius of Hertfordshire. The position will be office-based, with site visits twice per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
* Healthcare projects, preferably hospitals (Live Environments)
* RAMS, Induction, and Health & Safety
* Ventilation & AC background
* Overseeing Commissioning
* Project Management experience – upstream customer facing & downstream with Contractors
* Commercial experience
* Subcontractor management to programme
* Programme and delivery experience
