Your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
You’ll lead the commercial management of education projects, balancing pace, risk and value while supporting delivery teams operating at speed.

Cost planning, forecasting, procurement and change management

Managing risk and opportunity registers

Supply chain strategy, performance and negotiation

Working collaboratively with project managers, design and manufacturing teams
What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or strong Project QS ready to step up
*
Background in construction or MMC-led delivery environments
*
Strong commercial judgement and numerical capability
*
Confident communicator with clients, supply chain and internal teams
*
Calm under pressure, decisive and solutions-focused
