Site Manager

Role Overview

Our client has secured a project for a major international client and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-end restaurant fit-out in Knightsbridge.

This is a hands-on, finishing-led role, requiring strong attention to detail, coordination of specialist trades, and the ability to deliver an exceptional finish within a fast-paced, premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Overall day-to-day site management of a high-end restaurant fit-out

* Managing and coordinating finishing trades, including joinery, M&E, drylining, tiling, stonework, and decorative finishes

* Ensuring works are delivered to an exceptional quality standard in line with client expectations

* Liaising with:

* Client representatives

* Designers and consultants

* Subcontractors and suppliers

* Monitoring programme and driving progress to meet key deadlines

* Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised site

* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times

* Snagging, quality control, and final handover coordination

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end restaurant, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects

* Strong background in finishing and joinery-led projects

* Excellent eye for detail and quality

* Ability to manage multiple trades and work under pressure

* Strong communication and client-facing skills

* Available immediately for a 3-month contract

Qualifications

* SMSTS (preferred)

* CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

* First Aid at Work

* Strong understanding of construction Health & Safety
