A growing multidisciplinary Consultancy is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to help build and lead a new structural engineering function. This suits someone who wants more autonomy and the chance to shape a department.

The role
• Lead structural design for new build, refurbishment and alteration projects
• Produce calculations, drawings and reports
• Carry out inspections and advise on defects and remedial solutions
• Work closely with architects, surveyors and contractors
• Support internal teams and help develop systems and processes

About you
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
• MEng/MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 4+ years’ post-grad design experience
• Strong technical knowledge and software proficiency
• Clear communicator with a proactive, commercial approach
