Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and complete construction documentation.
Support design development, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high standards.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
Conduct site surveys and attend site visits or inspections when needed.
Stay up to date with building regulations, industry trends, and best practices.Key Requirements

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction techniques, and detailing.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
