An established and growing architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of large scale, technically complex projects across the industrial, logistics and data centre sectors.

The practice has a strong pipeline of secured work, a collaborative studio culture, and a reputation for retaining staff by offering clear progression, exposure to all project stages, and a sensible approach to work life balance.

This role would suit a Part 2 who enjoys technically detailed work and is keen to develop their experience on complex projects, working closely with senior team members from concept through to construction.

Role & responsibilities:

Assisting with the design and technical development of projects across all RIBA stages
Producing drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD
Supporting the preparation of planning and technical packages
Coordinating information with consultants and internal teams
Assisting with client, contractor and consultant meetings
Responding to design and technical queries as projects progress
 Key requirements:

RIBA Part 2 qualified
Strong technical ability with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations
Experience on industrial, logistics or data centre projects is advantageous but not essential
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD would be an advantage
Able to work both independently and as part of a project team
Clear communication and organisational skills
