Salary – £13ph to £15ph. Overtime rate at – 1×1/4 in the week. 1.5 on a Saturday and 2x on a Sunday
£100 monthly attendance to work bonus

Trainee Paint Sprayer – The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join a well-established UK contractor operating nationally across steel fabrication, construction and design and build projects.
The role is suited to someone reliable, hands-on and keen to learn a skilled trade. Full training will be provided, with genuine progression opportunities into other areas of the business for those who show commitment and ability.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with preparation and spraying of steel components
*
Surface preparation including cleaning, masking and priming
*
Supporting experienced paint sprayers on live projects
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*
Following health and safety procedures at all times
*
Learning paint systems, finishes and application techniques
