About the role
As a the successful Building Surveyor, you will:

* Work across a high-quality mix of instructions with a blue-chip client base

* Deliver both professional and project work within a multi-disciplinary environment

* Play an active role in developing new client relationships and supporting wider business growth

Key responsibilities

* Contract administration for small and large-scale schemes

* Project management and project monitoring

* Building surveys across a wide range of asset types

* Technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals

* Party wall matters

* Planned maintenance schedules

About you, as the successful Building Surveyor

* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) and Chartered MRICS

* Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver high-quality advice

* Confident in building relationships, able to showcase capabilities in winning/growing clients
