Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to £30M.

This requirement is due to continued regional growth and the award of several new projects for 2026.

My client are looking for a candidate with a good Main Contractor background, whilst having a proven history of operating at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level. You will be capable of leading the Commercial elements of projects as a No.1 up to a relevant build value. Any experience in the above mentioned sectors would also be of benefit.

You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial team, whilst reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.
