We are working with multiple contractors delivering major groundworks and reinforced concrete frame projects across Central London and are seeking several experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support growing workloads.

The Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for groundworks and RC frame packages, managing cost control, valuations, subcontract procurement and commercial reporting. You will work closely with project and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with contractual requirements.

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within groundworks and/or RC frame environments. Strong commercial awareness, the ability to manage subcontract packages and confidence working on large, complex London projects are essential.
