MEP Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an opportunity to join a specialist MEP Quantity Surveying consultancy that has grown steadily through technical excellence, repeat business, and long-standing client relationships rather than rapid, uncontrolled expansion.

As a MEP Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery of MEP packages on complex projects, supported by senior commercial leaders who remain closely involved in project delivery.

The consultancy places strong emphasis on professional development, autonomy, and accountability, offering exposure to full project lifecycles and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Full commercial ownership of MEP packages from pre-contract through to final account

*

Cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting

*

Procurement strategy and subcontractor management

*

Monthly cost reporting, cash flow management, and valuations

*

Management of variations, claims, and commercial risk

*

Contract administration and client liaison

About You

*

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

*

Strong experience in an MEP QS / PQS role

*

Confident managing MEP packages independently

*

Strong communication and commercial judgement
