Commercial Manager – MEP

A senior opportunity has arisen within a specialist MEP Quantity Surveying consultancy experiencing sustained, controlled growth across multiple sectors and regions.

This role will suit an experienced MEP Commercial Manager who wants to be part of a consultancy where commercial leadership is hands-on, respected, and closely aligned with project delivery, rather than purely corporate or remote from the work.

You will oversee the commercial performance of multiple projects, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in developing both people and processes as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Overall commercial responsibility for multiple MEP projects

Setting and implementing commercial strategy across portfolios

Managing commercial risk, change, claims, and contractual matters

Leading key client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement

Supporting business growth, team development, and mentoring

Reviewing and challenging commercial reports and forecasts
