Mobile PPM Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our expanding Maintenance department. This is a field-based role carrying out inspections, repairs, and maintenance in energy centres, plant rooms, and within flats and apartments across London and the Southeast. This is a permanent, full-time position for a professional, confident, and motivated individual.

Key Duties:

Conduct inspections, repair, and maintenance works in energy centres and plant rooms.

*

Carry out inspections within flats and apartments throughout London and the Southeast.

*

Produce detailed IT-based reports of findings and completed work.

*

Work in a methodical and professional manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

*

Full UK manual driving licence.

*

Knowledge of district heating networks.

*

Commercial gas experience is beneficial but not essential.

*

5+ years’ experience diagnosing and repairing heating and plant room issues.

*

DBS check may be required due to the nature of projects.

*

Knowledge of heat interface units is advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced working in commercial plant rooms and occupied properties.

Excellent technical knowledge with a keen interest in learning new technologies and equipment.

Strong customer service skills and professional approach to work.

*

Able to produce clear and detailed IT-based reports.
