We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre.

Duties:

Supervising mechanical works on site

*

Managing mechanical subcontractors and labour

*

Overseeing installation of:

*

Air Handling Units (AHUs)

*

HVAC systems

*

BMS interfaces

*

Sprinkler systems

*

Kitchen & catering mechanical services

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

*

Coordinating with site management and other trades

Requirements:

*

Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out)

*

SSSTS – essential

*

Relevant mechanical trade/supervisory qualifications

*

Strong H&S awareness
