Site Manager fitout

Fit-Out Site Manager – Commercial Project – Rugby, Warickshire

We’re looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager (SMSTS qualified) to lead commercial fit-out works on a project in Rugby, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification

*

Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades across commercial fit-out disciplines (partitions, ceilings, M&E, joinery, HVAC, IPS, and finishes)

*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings

*

Review and enforce RAMS, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations

*

Liaise effectively with project management and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery

*

Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, diaries, and quality documentation

*

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and waste removal

*

Drive quality, safety, and compliance throughout all phases of the project

Requirements

*

SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered)

*

Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects

*

HVAC / IPS experience essential

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations

*

CSCS Black or Gold card

*

First Aid at Work and NVQ Level 6 Construction Management

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel if required

*

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
