A Tier One Contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations on Phases 2 and 3 of the Panattoni Braintree Industrial & Logistics Development, following the successful delivery of Phase 1.
You will take full responsibility for site delivery, managing subcontractors, health & safety, quality, logistics, and programme performance in line with HSE, CDM, and company SHEQ policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead site operations to deliver safely, on programme, and to a high standard
Manage subcontractors and site logistics
Ensure compliance with CDM, HSE, RAMS, and SHEQ procedures
Maintain site records, inductions, and safety briefings
Build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholdersAbout You:

Proven Construction Manager experience on large industrial or commercial projects
Tier One or major contractor background preferred
Strong H&S and CDM knowledge
