Stock Condition Surveyor +DEA

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor/ Domestic Energy Assessor to cover surveys in Sheffield.

As a stock condition surveyor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
·  Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified
·Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.

About the Role:

· Surveys are carried out on a software- tablet devices will be provided.
· Carry out 4 – 6 completed surveys per day.
· Outside IR35 role
· Paid Per Survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks
· Prebooked appointments 
· Full training will be provided.

Ideal Candidates:

Experience in stock condition surveying.
 Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
 Experience in energy.
 Familiarity with the HHSRS system
 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
Accreditation with Elmhurst.
