Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong construction knowledge to deliver high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sites in London. Projects range from small, short-duration works to large, multi-unit residential and commercial fit-outs.

This is a hands-on Project Manager role requiring daily site presence and the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects across London

*

Oversee projects ranging from a one of 4-week small works to large, multi-unit apartment and commercial fit-outs

*

Deliver projects from pre-start to handover

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

*

Manage programmes, quality, health & safety, and budgets

*

Chair site and client meetings and report progress

*

Manage snagging and final handover

*

Control variations and liaise with commercial teams

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager (Fit-Out / Refurbishment)

*

Strong construction background (trade or technical preferred)

*

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS Black or Gold (preferred)

*

First Aid (desirable)
