Our Client is recruiting an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Ideally based West or North Yorkshire, you’ll play a key role in securing and delivering projects across Hard & Soft Landscaping, Fencing, and Vegetation Clearance & Management.

The Role

*

Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tender submissions

*

Produce supporting bid documentation (supplier/subcontractor pricing, RAMS, programmes, etc.)

*

Attend site visits during tender and post-award stages

*

Support post-tender negotiations, contract reviews and handovers

*

Identify risk, opportunity, sustainability and social value within bids

*

Build strong client relationships and help secure future work

About You

*

Industry experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, minor civils or similar

*

Strong commercial and contract awareness

*

NEC contract knowledge desirable

*

Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

*

Full UK driving licence
