Our client is a known RC Frame and Groundwork contractor based in London the business has a turnover of over £100 million per annum with project values varied from £5m – £15m. Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential projects.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial department on a specific project in Moorgate.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

About the requirements

* 4+ years experience working within Quantity Surveying

* Previous background working within RC frame, Civil engineering or Infrastructure

* Degree educated within Quantity Surveying
