Multi-Trader – Domestic Maintenance

Permanent Opportunity

We’re currently working with a family-run, multi-trade maintenance contractor who provide reactive and planned maintenance services across domestic properties, both inside and outside the M25. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to add an experienced Multi-Trader to their team.

The Role:

*

Carrying out a variety of multi-trade maintenance works within domestic properties

*

Completing reactive repairs and planned works in both occupied and void homes

*

Trades to include carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling, flooring, basic plumbing, and general building, if you specialsie in a select few then that is also fine.

*

Working independently and as part of a wider mobile team

*

Updating job progress using the client’s job management software (training provided)

*

Delivering a high standard of workmanship and professional customer service

What My Client Is Looking For:

*

Proven experience working as a Multi-Trader in domestic or social housing environments

*

Competent across multiple trades (excluding gas and electrics)

*

Well-organised, reliable, and professional in approach

*

Strong awareness of health & safety and working in occupied properties

Additional Information:

*

A DBS check will be required as part of the onboarding process

What’s On Offer:

Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience

Overtime and out-of-hours opportunities available
