Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

Project Overview

Short-term assignment to provide Site Manager cover on a refurbishment project at James Hill House, Kensal Road. The role is primarily site supervision and management continuity while works are ongoing.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site supervision and management

*

Maintain health & safety compliance on site

*

Oversee subcontractors and ensure works proceed safely and orderly

*

Act as point of contact for any site issues during the cover period

*

Keep basic site records and diaries up to date

*

Ensure site security, housekeeping, and welfare standards are maintained

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects

*

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS

*

CSCS card (Management level preferred)

*

Strong understanding of H&S procedures

*

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage a site independently
