Site Supervisor – Electrical Projects

Sweden (With travel onto other projects in the Nordic Region)

Rotation: 3:1 (Accommodation & travel covered)

An established engineering contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of complex electrical installation projects. This is a site-based role, working closely with the Project Manager and wider site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing allocated work areas and installation teams, ensuring full compliance with health & safety requirements, quality procedures, and the agreed project programme. You will act as a key point of contact on site, maintaining strong working relationships with clients, principal contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate installation teams on site

Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules

Enforce site rules, permits to work, LOTO procedures, and safe systems of work

Ensure all RAMS are in place, approved, briefed, and signed before works commence

Deliver site inductions and ongoing safety briefings (toolbox talks, observations, etc.)

Attend and contribute to site safety meetings and audits

Assist with short-term look-ahead planning and daily task coordination

Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures

Record delays, variations, and site issues accurately and report them to management

Ensure teams have the correct tools, materials, plant, and information to complete works

Oversee completion and submission of QA/QC documentation

Complete daily site records, labour allocation sheets, and progress reports

Promote a positive, professional site culture at all times

Communication & Reporting

Prepare written reports, site records, and timesheets as required

Communicate clearly with site operatives, senior management, and client representatives

Ensure information is shared accurately and in a timely manner to support project delivery

Required Qualifications & Training

CSCS Card (or equivalent)

SMSTS

City & Guilds – Electrical Low Voltage Awareness (CPLV)

City & Guilds – High Voltage Awareness (HVASM)

MEWP

Manual Handling

First Aid

Meetings & Negotiation Training

Time Management Training

Candidate Profile

Proven experience supervising electrical works on construction or industrial sites

Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality control procedures

Confident managing teams and coordinating multiple work activities

Professional, proactive, and client-facing in approach

Strong organisational and reporting skills

Working Hours

Working hours will align with site requirements and local agreements. Occasional additional hours may be required to meet reporting or programme demands
