Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Guilford (London projects)
Salary: £70K Per Annum + Car Allowance

The Role:

*

Responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects from inception to completion.

*

Manage teams of engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

*

Oversee project planning, programmes, and resource allocation to meet client requirements and deadlines.

*

Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth operational and commercial progression of projects.

*

Ensure health, safety, and welfare standards are maintained at all project and site levels.

*

Maintain comprehensive records covering quality control, system/equipment testing, commissioning, and project documentation.

*

Conduct surveys, risk assessments, and site inspections as required.

*

Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting for senior management.

The Company:

55+ years’ experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects across London and surrounding areas.

*

Offices based in Guildford.

*

Current turnover of around £20M per annum, with ambitious growth plans over the next few years.

*

This hire is due to company expansion and increasing project demand.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Will have 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Contracts Manager within HVAC, M&E, or building services projects.

*

Previous experience delivering commercial or high-value mechanical projects.

*

Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS and HNC/HND advantageous.

*

Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

*

Based in the Guildford or London area and willing to work on London projects.
