Location: Cardiff
Salary: £50,000–£55,000

Lead exciting projects in South Wales with a trusted family-run contractor offering stability and long-term career growth.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects valued between £5m–£7m, such as schools and extensions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values quality, collaboration, and the benefits of working locally.
The Role
* Deliver projects independently, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress and compliance.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and provide regular progress reports.
Required:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager with a national contractor or similar.
* Proven ability to run projects such as schools or school extensions.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
