Electrical Supervisor – Residential Projects
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Travel
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee high-quality residential projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, site-based supervisor with solid residential experience who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-coordinated electrical installations.
The Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of electrical works on large-scale residential developments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to programme, specification, and the highest safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising electrical installation works across residential projects
Managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations
Carrying out inspections, testing, and quality checks
Coordinating with site managers, project managers, and mechanical teams
Identifying and resolving technical and site issues efficiently
Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and sign-off procedures are completed
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in residential electrical installations
Candidates with a mixed background considered, provided residential experience is included
Proven experience supervising electrical teams on live construction sites
Solid understanding of electrical regulations, standards, and best practices
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
A track record of stability and longevity with previous employers
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SSSTS or SMSTS
