The Project

As a Site Engineer / Trainee Surfacing Supervisor you will be working on a variety of Surfacing Schemes across the North East.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

CSCS Card
Driving Licence
SSSTS / SMSTS

For this role it is desirable that you hold the skills & experience below;

Experienced as a Site Engineer / Setting out Engineer with exposure to surfacing schemes I.e. Highways, car parks, road repairs in the UK
Someone with a keen interest to into the surfacing industry

Job Title: Site Engineer / Trainee Surfacing Supervisor

Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

Setting out and surveying of the site
Training to oversee surfacing works
Setting up and maintaining site control
Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
Ensuring compliance with works standards
To Ensure work is completed to the correct quality
Attend Team Briefs & carry out briefings when needed
Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
Aid in organising and supervise temporary works when required
Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
Ensure site progress pictures are taken and filed during each stake of the development
