Mechanical Site Managers / Construction Managers / Supervisors – Commercial Office Fit-Out
Location: London & Surrounding areas
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Travel, Expenses, Healthcare & Bonus
Day Rate: £300–£350 per day

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Supervisors to join our team delivering high-end commercial office fit-out projects across London & Surrounding areas. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-spec fit-out environments and have a proven track record in mechanical installations, this is an exciting opportunity to join multiple prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical installation works on commercial office fit-out projects.

Manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day site operations.

Ensure works are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades.

Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards.

Problem-solve on site and drive progress to meet programme deadlines.

Manage documentation, permits, RAMS, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven commercial office fit-out experience.

Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Supervisor.

Strong understanding of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, ductwork, plant rooms, etc.).

Ability to manage fast-track, high-spec projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
