We are looking to recruit an experienced Dry Lining Estimator to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for dry lining, SFS, partitions, ceilings, and associated works. You will work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and suppliers to ensure bids are commercially viable and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing detailed take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications

*

Pricing dry lining, SFS, partitions, ceilings, and related systems

*

Obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations

*

Preparing and submitting tenders within required deadlines

*

Identifying value engineering opportunities

*

Liaising with clients, main contractors, and internal teams

*

Maintaining accurate records of tenders and cost data

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Dry Lining Estimator (or similar role)

*

Strong knowledge of dry lining systems, SFS, partitions, and ceilings

*

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

*

Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

*

Strong organisational and time management skills

*

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

*

Experience working on commercial projects

*

Knowledge of current market rates and suppliers

*

Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification
