Estimator – Refurbishment / Fit Out Projects – Dartford

We are recruiting on behalf of a very stable and growing construction company who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team based in Dartford.

This is an office-based role, working predominantly on healthcare and hospital refurbishment and fit out projects. You will be joining a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation within the healthcare sector.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Proven negotiation and commercial skills

Basic Health & Safety awareness

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000
