Site Supervisor – Sub Station Extension Project

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Pembroke
Rate: £35 per hour
Hours: Full-time
I am recruiting on behalf of a key contractor for a Site Supervisor to join a major power station extension project. This role involves overseeing civil works and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on a high-profile energy infrastructure site.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors on civil works
Manage daily site activities including earthworks, drainage, and ducting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct site inductions, Toolbox Talks, and daily briefings
Prepare and implement Safe Systems of Work (SSoW)
Maintain accurate site documentation including risk assessments and method statements
Monitor progress and report on project milestones
Liaise with contractors and project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
Carry out regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards Qualifications & Experience:

NSI 8 Full
HS G47 (2 Day)
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
3-Day First Aid Certification
Lift Supervisor or Slinger/Signaller
Previous experience on a National Grid site
