Site Manager – New Build Flatted Development

Your New Employer:

Award-winning residential builder with an enviable reputation in the market and a low staff turnover. Due to several new sites breaking ground in the coming months, they have a requirement for an experienced SITE MANAGER to join their operations team on a permanent basis.

Your New Role:

You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build residential flatted development in Glasgow.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven SITE MANAGER with extensive flatted development new build experience for a leading housebuilder or commercial building contractor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.

* Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.

* Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.

* Keeping site records and registers up to date.

* Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.

* Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.

* Quality Control.

* Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.

* Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

Key Criteria:

* CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.

* Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager delivering FLATTED DEVELOPMENTS.

* Trade background or Construction Management Degree.

* All applicants must live within commuting distance of the advertised location.

* Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
