My Client a European contractor in the retail space is seeking to reopen a London office due to an incresed piepleine of work in the UK.

This will be the first hire in the UK for this new location with the view of increasing to 3 in the next 6 months. Alongside the exciting role & travel oppotunities it will be an opportunity to build the office around you should you wish to be part of the manaemnt team.

This role will require experience as a building surveyor with project experience within the retail and commercial sector from a tenants perspective. Alongside undertaking site visits and reports you will assist in planning applications, Liaising with the larger team at HO in Spain as well as potentially assisting on other projects in Europe whilst the UK work pipeline increases.

My client represents and delivers new retail stores for well known high street fashion brands across the UK, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal to name a few.

Initially this will be a remote role until a firm office is set up in central London (likely London bridge, tbc). When the office is open this will be a flexible space offering hybrid working and meeting spaces when required and when SMT are in the UK.

This is a great opportunity for a building Surveyor who has retail experience and would like to have the option of some travel and WFH/ hybrid flexibility.

RICS accredited would be highly advantageous

Spanish speaking also highly advantageous but not essential
