The Role
We are seeking an experienced Planner to join a busy multi-room projects team in the Sheffield to Leeds corridor. The successful candidate will develop, monitor, and update project programmes using Asta Powerproject, ensuring timely delivery and smooth coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update detailed project programmes using Asta Powerproject.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
*
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure resource allocation and sequencing of trades.
*
Analyse critical paths and assist in programme optimisation.
*
Produce regular programme updates, dashboards, and reports for internal teams and clients.
*
Support continuous improvement of planning processes and contribute to successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Planner on multi-room projects, including BTR, student accommodation, and hotels.
*
Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (essential).
*
Strong understanding of construction methodology and critical path planning.
*
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
*
Relevant construction or planning qualification desirable.
