The Role – Facade Site / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facade Site / Project Manager to oversee a major façade and cladding package on a live project in Ipswich. This is a site-based position, responsible for managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of the façade works from start through to completion.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience delivering façade, cladding or envelope packages and will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and site management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities for the façade and cladding works

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

*

Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, quality and health & safety standards

*

Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

*

Manage site logistics, sequencing and interfaces with other trades

*

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and design details

*

Assist with site inspections, snagging and handover

Requirements

*

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in façade, cladding or envelope systems

*

Proven experience managing façade packages on live construction sites

*

Strong technical understanding of façade systems and installation methods

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage site programmes and coordinate multiple trades
