Site Manager

Site Manager – Ashford, Kent

Pro Staff Construction are supporting a construction subcontractor who are delivering works on a project in Ashford, Kent. They will be looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a minimum of 10 weeks starting mid to late February.

Role Responsibilities

* Act as the main site representative liaising with the end client

* Oversee Health & Safety across the project, ensuring full compliance with legislation and site standards

* Produce and manage a programme of works, ensuring all trades adhere to agreed timelines

* Review, approve, and manage RAMS

* Deliver daily site safety briefings / toolbox talks

* Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, including roofing operatives and scaffolders

Requirements

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

* Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance

* Confident liaising with the end client, as well as managing subcontractors and live public facing environments

* Ability to plan, coordinate, and control site activities effectively

Project Details

* Start: mid to late February

* Duration: 10-12 weeks

* Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day

* Rate: £275 – £285 per day
