Pro Staff Construction Ltd are working with a specialist construction contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager who has a Site Engineering / Setting Out background to oversee a large construction project in Bristol.

The Construction Manager will initially manage the enabling package of a new high rise project in Bristol. There is strong potential for the right individual to progress into a Project Manager role, taking ownership of the full civils package once the enabling works are completed.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Construction Manager within civil engineering / groundworks / Structures

* Site Engineering / Setting Out background (essential)

* Experience delivering enabling works and complex groundworks packages

* Strong understanding of temporary works and piling operations

* Confident managing multiple workstreams and subcontractors

* Proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong leadership skills
