Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of roofing contracts. This candidate must have strong roofing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple contracts, operatives and subcontractors

Monitor costs, budgets and profitability

*

Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with health & safety standards

*

Complete site audits and maintain H&S documentation

*

Maintain high service and quality standards on site

*

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

*

Plan resources and improve site productivity

*

Report contract progress at regular operations meetings

About You

*

Proven experience in a roofing environment using various systems and materials

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Self motivated with strong decision making ability
