Salary: £40,000 – £48,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Architect to join a highly regarded UK architectural practice based in Birmingham. Renowned for its high-quality design work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning, the practice offers a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. The Birmingham team delivers projects across residential, healthcare, and education sectors and is now looking for an experienced and driven Project Architect to take a leading role on major healthcare schemes, from early concept through to completion.

Lead and manage healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Oversee concept design, planning applications, and detailed technical delivery
Provide strong design leadership while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation
Undertake site visits and manage delivery during the construction phase
Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative studio cultureSkills and Experience

ARB-registered Architect
Significant post-qualification experience within a UK-based practice
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver projects
Strong experience across all RIBA stages
Proficiency in Revit
Previous healthcare project experience is highly advantageous
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Located within a commutable distance of Birmingham
