This is a technically challenging project involving heavy structural alterations, phased works and complex interfaces, ideal for a QS looking to step up on a prestigious scheme.

Key requirements:
• Proven cut & carve / complex refurbishment experience
• Background with Tier One or large Tier Two contractors
• Strong package management, CVRs and change control experience
• Commercially astute and confident on high-value schemes
