Job Title: Site Supervisor – Social Housing Repairs
Rate: £26 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Bedfordshire

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on an ongoing social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate or potential to move into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across occupied social housing properties

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour

Ensuring works are completed on time, to specification, and within health & safety guidelines

Liaising with residents, clients, and contract managers in a professional manner

Carrying out site inspections and quality checks

Completing basic paperwork and progress reports

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within social housing repairs/maintenance

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

Ability to manage multiple trades and workstreams

Good communication and organisational skills

SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)

First Aid (preferred)

Valid driving licence
