Salary: £95,000 – £105,000 + car allowance, travel & bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the delivery team on a major £80m RC frame residential development in Milton Keynes. This is a key appointment on a high-profile scheme and offers an excellent opportunity to play a senior role in the delivery of a large-scale residential project.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Project Director and will take responsibility for leading significant elements of the project delivery team, ensuring programme, quality, and subcontractor performance targets are achieved.

The Role

Act as Senior Project Manager, reporting directly to the Project Director
*
Lead day-to-day site delivery across key workstreams
*
Provide strong leadership to Project Managers and site teams
*
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and supply chain partners
*
Maintain control of programme, quality, cost, and health & safety
*
Drive quality standards across an RC frame residential build
*
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven Senior Project Manager or Project Manager experience on RC frame residential schemes
*
Demonstrable leadership responsibility on projects valued at £35m–£40m+
*
Strong site-based leadership with extensive trade coordination experience
*
Ability to manage programme, quality, and subcontractor performance
*
Confident working within a senior project team on large-scale developments
