Job Title: Site Manager – Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing)
Location: North London
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment works within social housing properties across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term work with a well-established contractor operating within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on kitchens and bathrooms programmes

Overseeing works in occupied social housing properties

Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to meet programme targets

Ensuring works are completed to Decent Homes and client standards

Maintaining high levels of health & safety compliance

Managing resident liaison, addressing concerns professionally and promptly

Carrying out quality inspections, snagging, and handovers

Ordering materials and managing site logistics

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering kitchens and bathrooms projects within social housing

Strong experience working in occupied environments

SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

Good understanding of health & safety and social housing compliance

Strong communication and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence
